Shari S. Rogal, MD, MPH is CHERP Core Investigator, VA Physician at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, and Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. She serves as Co-Director of CHERP's Dissemination & Implementation Science Core (DISC). Dr. Rogal works clinically as a transplant hepatologist with a research interest in improving the quality and equity of clinical care using implementation science.
Her research focuses on using data to define which combinations of implementation strategies work best to address specific implementation barriers. Her work has crossed clinical areas, including hepatology, cancer screening, substance use treatment, and others.
