Dr. Scarlett Bellamy is Chair and Professor of Biostatistics at the Boston University School of Public Health. Prior to her arrival at BU, she was a professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics and the Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at Drexel University’s Dornsife School of Public Health. Dr. Bellamy has served in various leadership capacities for large, multisite studies including RCTs and cohort studies, in addition to serving as a member of numerous Data Safety and Monitoring Committees, including service as chair. She was also PI of an R13 grant supporting the Fostering Diversity in Biostatistics Workshop at the Eastern North American Region of the International Biometric Society (ENAR).
