Profile
Sneha Mitra, PharmD, MPH is an Advanced Fellow in Geriatrics specializing in Medication Safety and Pharmaceutical Outcomes at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. She completed her PharmD at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy in 2018 and completed her Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2024. She is interested in advancing medication access through cutting-edge technology and innovative methodologies. She strives to bridge the gap between research, practice, and real-world solutions. Her interests include medication safety and pharmacovigilance, implementation science and research, creating sustainable clinical programs and practices in healthcare systems using technology, and increasing access to care for vulnerable populations. Her fellowship has been supported by the Technology Enhancing Cognition and Health Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (TECH-GRECC) in collaboration with the VA Center for Medication Safety (VAMedSAFE) and Center for Healthcare Evaluation, Research, and Promotion (CHERP).
