Profile
Michael Wang, MD, is a general internist and a fellow in the National Clinician Scholars Program. He is a graduate of the Internal Medicine Primary Care Track residency program at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Wang’s work focuses on how health policy and care delivery impact preventive medicine and cardiometabolic health outcomes. He previously completed an undergraduate degree in economics and a medical school research year in epidemiology before joining the Master of Science in Health Policy Research program as a fellow. Dr. Wang is interested in using econometric and causal inference techniques to understand the real-world impacts of policy and practice on prevention.
